快乐的秘诀是什么？What is the secret of happiness?
The meaning of happiness is, to an extent, subjective. But nearly every expert we surveyed emphasized the same cocktail of ingredients: a sense of control and autonomy over one's life, being guided by meaning and purpose, and connecting with others. And they largely agreed that happiness can be measured, strengthened, and taught.
Being happy is, after all, a universal and ancient pursuit. Take comfort in the knowledge that even people who are steeped in happiness science find it to be an elusive concept at times—and that they don't allow that to deter them from pushing closer toward it.
快乐……快乐就是当你……快乐就是……快乐就像……怎样才能获得快乐？“快乐”的秘密是什么？《时代周刊》对18位专门研究快乐的专家进行了采访。这些专家对于“如何保持快乐”不约而同地给出了相似的答案：对生活的控制感和自主感、拥有引导自我的意义和目标，以及人际关系。
