A Silent Love - 无声的爱

At the very beginning , the girl’s family objected strongly on her dating with this guy. Saying that it has got to do with the family’s background, otherwise the girl would have suffered for the rest of her life if she were to be with him.( 作者：主编-戴卫平 )
Due to the family’s pressure, the couple quarreled very often. Though the girl loved the guy deeply, she always asked him : “How deep is your love for me ?”
After a couple of years, the guy finally graduated and decided to further his studies overseas. Before his leaving, he proposed to the girl : “I am not very good with words. But all I know is that I love you. If you allow me, I will take care of you for the rest of my life. As for your family, I’ll try my best to talk them round. Will you marry me?”
The girl agreed, and because of the guy’s determination,, the family finally gave in and agreed to let them married. So, they got engaged before his leaving.
The girl went out to the working society, whereas the guy was overeas, continuing his studies. They sent their love by emails & phone calls.
Though it’s hard, they never thought of giving up.
One day , while the girl was on her way to work, a car lost control and knocked her down. When she woke up, she saw her parents beside her bed. She realized that she was badly injured. Seeing her mum crying, she wanted to comfort her . But she realized that all that could come out out of her mouth was just a sigh. She had lost her voice.
The doctor said that the impact on her brain caused her to lose her voice. Listening to her parents’ comfort, but with nothing coming out from her ,she broke down.
During the stay in hospital, besides the silent cry, only silence cry that companied her. Upon reaching home, everything seemed to be the same.Except for the ringing tone of the phone , which pierced into her heart every time it rang. She did not wish to let the guy know. And not want to be a burden to him. She wrote a letter to him , saying that she does not wish to wait any longer.
With that, she sent the ring back to hom. In return, the guy sent millions and millions of reply , and countless of phone calls, all the girl could do, besides crying , was crying.
The parents decided to move away, hoping that she could eventually forget everthing and could be happy.
In a new environment, the girl learned sigh language and started a new life. Telling herself every day that she must forget the guy . One day ,her friend came and told her that he’s back. She asked her friend not to let him know what happened to her. Since then, there wasn’t any more news of him.
A year passed and her friend came with an envelope, containing an invitation card for the guy’s wedding. The gril was shattered. When she opened the letter, she saw her name in it instead.
When she was about to ask her friend what’s going on, she saw the guy standing in front of her. He used sign language telling her, “I’ve spent a year’s time to learn language. Just to let you know that I’ve not forgotten our promise. Let me have the chance to be your voice. I love you.” With that, he slipped the ring back into her finger. The girl finally smiled.
开始的时候，女孩的家人极力反对她和男孩约会。原因是两家的环境悬殊，如果两人在一起，女孩将来肯定要受很多的苦。
由于家庭的压力，他们两个经常争吵。尽管女孩深爱着男孩，但总是问他：“你到底有多爱我？”
但是男孩不善言辞，经常会使女孩非常不满。再加上家庭的压力，女孩总是把怒火发泄到男孩身上。而男孩只会默默忍受。
两年之后，男孩毕业了。他决定出国深造。出国之前，他向女孩求婚：“我不太会说话，但是我知道我爱你。如果你允许，我愿意照顾你一辈子。至于你的家人，我会努力说服他们的。你能嫁给我吗？”
女孩同意了。男孩的坚持也打动了女孩的家人，最终同意了他们的婚事。因此，在男孩出国之前，他们订婚了。
女孩踏入了社会，开始了自己的工作，而同时，男孩在海外继续自己的学业。他们通过电子邮件和电话传递着彼此的思念。尽管很苦，但是谁也没想过要放弃这段感情。
一天，女孩在上班的路上，被一辆失控的汽车撞倒了。当她醒来后，发现自己躺在医院里，父母陪在自己的病床前。她意识到自己伤得很重。看到妈妈在抹眼泪，她想安慰她几句，但是说不出一个字，唯有一声深深的叹息。
医生说由于她的大脑受到了撞击，导致她失去了说话的能力。尽管父母在身边不停地安慰，但是自己什么也说不出来，她受到极大的打击，几乎崩溃了。
在住院期间，除了无声的哭泣，还是无声的哭泣。回到家之后，一切似乎都没有改变，除了那刺耳的电话铃声。每次它响起，都如钢针一样刺痛她的心。它不想让异国求学的他知道发生的一切，不想成为他的负担。她给他写了一封信，告诉他，自己不愿再等了。
与信一起，她还把订婚戒指一起寄还给了他。男孩收到后，给她写了无数的信，打了数不清的电话，而女孩唯一能做的就只有不停地哭泣。
女孩的父母决定搬家，希望女儿可以忘记过去的一切，重新获得幸福。
到了一个新的环境，女孩学会了手语，开始了新的生活。每天告诉自己要忘掉那个男孩。一天，一个朋友来告诉她，男孩回国了。女孩央求朋友不要告诉他自己所发生的一起。此后，再也没有那男孩的消息了。
一年之后，她的朋友给她带来了一个信封，里面装着一份请柬，邀请她参加男孩的婚礼。女孩要崩溃了。当她打开信封，发现请柬上的新娘名字竟然是自己。当她要向朋友问清缘由的时候，男孩出现在她面前。他用手语告诉她：“我用了一年的时间学会了手语。我就是要告诉你，我没有忘记我们的誓言。给我一个机会，让我成为你的声音。我爱你。”与此同时，男孩将戒指带回了女孩的手上。女孩终于笑了。
